We understand that you often would like to know the cost of repairs before committing to it.
If requested, we can inspect your equipment and supply a written estimate before we carry out the repair.
This is also useful for Insurance claims, as most Insurance companies want to know the costs before deciding whether to repair or replace.
Should unforseen faults or issues arise, we will always contact you before exceeding the estimated cost.
There is no extra charge for this service, however if you decide not to proceed with the repair, there is a small fee to reassemble and return your equipment - but we do offer to waive this fee if the equipment is left for us to use as salvage.
